KYK G2 Mineral Cartridge Filters

The KYK/EOS Mineral filters are for customers who use reverse osmosis filtration as a prefilter for their Genesis Platinum or have very acidic source water. Reverse osmosis filtration removes all the minerals from your tap water, so these filters are necessary to remineralize your water. They are inserted into the filter #1 and filter #2 compartments of the Genesis Platinum in place of the regular filters. They should be replaced every six to nine months just like regular filters.
